(January 14, 2019, 6:12 pm)Tony's is the best deli in town. They truck in Boar's Head cold cuts (and pickles!) from the east coast which are hands down the best available. Every sandwich I've ever tried has been fantastic with my favorites being the meatloaf (trust me!), chicken salad, meatball, BLTA, turkey club, french dip and more. My mate loves their banana pudding.
It baffles me that people complain about a lunch spot in downtown Sacramento being busy at lunch time. Call ahead! Additionally this is not a sit down restaurant so complaining about how the "waitstaff" didn't bring you a straw is laughable. I can't recommend Tony's strongly enough. Try it... you'll like it! -
