Luis Jr.'s Mexican Food

We stopped here for lunch on our visit to Old Sacramento. This restaurant is hard to find as it is downstairs inside a courtyard. The waitress was really attentive hence very happy with the service. I had the chicken enchiladas plate and it was tasty. The margaritas were not as strong as I would've liked but overall a great place for the family to visit. This is a pet friendly restaurant.

You can find a lot of tasty Mexican food at Luis Jr.'s place. Drinks are ok, service is good. I like sitting outside. The tables are small, would like to see bigger tables, thanks.

A preferred spot for tasty Mexican food. Dropped in on Mon I think. The bill was fair for the quality of food. Menu is like a cafe in Indianapolis I liked.

We love Luis's and our family has been going there for literally decades. They have had a variety of locations over the years but the one in Old Town Sacramento is pretty darn nice. The chips and salsa come plentiful and are refreshed as needed. That paired with a margarita makes lunch or dinner more of a fiesta. The food is good and the service is almost always attentive.
