Paesanos Midtown

My favorite Italian restaurant in Sacramento! (They also own my favorite sac pizza joint Uncle Vito’s) They have a great variety of pasta dishes but my favorite has to be the Tortellini Formaggio but I usually add chicken to it for a few extra bucks. It’s worth it! ?

Unlike other restaurants in the area, they allow you to be seated without needing a reservation. The menu is small, but still has decent variety. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The raviolis were a delicious appetizer, and we got quite a few of them; I didn't exactly count them, but it was probably around a dozen. I had the calzone for my meal. It was decently sized for the price and very delicious. The dough was completely covered in seasoning (making it a little messy, but totally worth it). It was stuffed with plenty of cheese and had sauce inside of it, plus sauce on the side. The specialty made root beer was also delicious and reasonably priced.

One of my favorite places to have a good pasta dish. All their dishes are flavorful and worth every penny. great place to go out to as a family and for a date night. Food is flavorful, we always have excellent service and they even have real dough for kids to play with!
