“Went here for lunch with my wife and children and I thing we found a good spot. The area leaves something to be desired, not real bad but not good either. I'll have to be honest though the food is pretty good but the chow mein noodles I hate to say are bland bland bland. What pushed this from a 3 star review to a 4 star review was the customer service. The charming young lady that took our order was very personable and really made our visit there far more special than it might have been. I don't know about everybody else but to me customer service is a BIGGY, If you don't give it then I don't give you my business. So do stop by and give this place a try. Oh and did I mention the prices are right!!!”

Her name is Kimberly and she's always smiling never makes you feel like your bugging her. Very attentive. Which even makes dinning out a better experience. Today we had the lunch special. “Came for my birthday build your own Grand slam... I was not disappointed. I'm not much of a breakfast eater, but I was able to get a good portion of all different types of breakfast food. Pancakes were moist, sausage well cooked, biscuits fresh, and hash browns just the right amount of crispiness. A well cooked breakfast in the middle of the afternoon!”

“San Manuel Casino is a very nice and comfortable place. Every slot machine you can think of is here, also there building a new hotel and it's sure to attract more people. San Manuel has many great places to eat, The Pines is my favorite. Also, there's entertainment at some lounges at night. The staff is always nice and helpful. One of the first things you notice when you walk through the door is all the security, really makes you feel safe. San Manuel is very clean, the machines look like there always wiped down even the handrails get cleaned. The bathrooms are super clean. The downside is the smokey environment, it gets to you after a while. it's fun for a nice afternoon visit. It's really busy around the first of the month (like everywhere) so we always go in the middle or end of the month. If you like casino's and go to San Manuel, you won't be disappointed.”

“The restaurant itself is very inviting and great atmosphere! It was my first time ever eating at a George Lopez restaurant and it was delicious! I got a chicken burrito with rice/beans and every condiment they had to offer and it was just off the hook! That fresh flour tortilla????. The customer service was spot on as well from the friendly food makers and my cashier Luciano he was very helpful and polite. Will absolutely visit again when I'm at San Manuel.”

“All you can eat Lobster was delicious. Prime rib was perfectly cooked. So much to decide, I'm dizzy. Salmon was delicate. Clams were so good. Battered shrimp was tender and crispy. And the homemade ice cream was so creamy, and the perfect end to our night. Butter pecan was rich, and buttery. The vanilla was a creamy dream, and the chocolate was dark and rich. Our server May was terrific. She was so friendly, always checked on us when she passed by. She was on top of the empty plates, and made sure our drinks were replenished. And she did it with a lovely smile, even after 3 years of working food service.”

“Just BBQ San Manuel, Great BBQ restaurant. The restaurant has long operating hours, its clean and cozy. The BBQ is delicious! The meat platters are reasonably priced and come with a generous portion to fill you up. They are served with cornbread or Texas toast. They also have a delicious peach cobbler! They have a self serve BBQ sauce area that has 3 different distinct sauces, all delicious. This place gets busy but it's worth the wait.”

“The Pines! You won't be disappointed with the food quality. The food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is very relaxing considering the restaurant is in a casino. The taste is as good as the pictures look. Every dish has a distinct and delicious taste... it's a great place for family or couple dining! The steaks are great! The french onion soup is amazingly flavorful! The Sunday brunch is amazing! Its $40 but well worth the price. They have thick cut prime rib, shrimp, and crab legs as well! The staff is amazing and very attentive to customers needs.”
