“Place is a bit of a mess. All tables are dirty. I never saw anyone come out to clean or straighten. Service is slow. Food is ok when options are limited. I was a little disappointed. I was anticipating much better. I don't think this place would survive if they didn't have a captive audience. “I normally come here for breakfast. It doesn't gave a line in the early morning bit I found it's annoying they ate constantly having construction. Looks pretty casual, depends on what kind of needs you have, I'll say it's a nice place to enjoy the meal even though I found there are few nicer restaurants near the area. The nearby traffic is quite convenient.”

“For as busy as this McDonald's location is, you'd think that management would be really on top of their issues. But it seems it's poorly managed. The menu light doesn't work, so at night time it's very difficult to see the dark board. They have gotten my order wrong on more than one occasion. Many times when I've reached the drive up windows, I'm asked what my order was or what my drink was. They've forgotten to give me a straw and napkins often. And their line seems to go extremely slow. I don't believe they have a park and wait spot for people whose orders are taking longer, like other McDonald's do. So everyone in line is forced to wait for that order to be complete. I literally have been in that line a half hour before!! And why is their ice cream machine always broken?!?! I usually try to go to the McDonald's on Archibald and Foothill because they have a streamlined system there, however this McDonald's is very close to my house. So sometimes I just have to suck it up and just go there instead for convenience sake.”

“Plenty of parking. Good lighting on lot. Clean outside and inside. Just about every worker is friendly, polite with very good customer service skills. This location has a fresh and modern calm feel to it (very good interior design). Food is always fresh with good portions each time. Drive through, walk in, cashier, kiosk, app all working the way they should. One of my favorite McDonald's. Good example of what a McDonald's should be. The bonus you ask? It has a gated outdoor seating area.”
