“This is a great Cuban spot with a large selection of items. The 4 items I had were terrific. It was a bit greasy but good. The meats were well cooked, the soda was refreshing, and the plantains were sweet and thick. Service was slow but they were short staffed since it was just after lunch and I'm sure usually slow. The employees were being polite and quick trying to keep up. Overall I had a great experience here and can't wait to go back.”

“Great place if you are looking for place to sit down and work on your laptop. The coffee is great, and the staff are supper friendly. I literally went to 4 other places before coming here. Other locations that I went to weren't setup for people to work off their laptop in mind. This place is definitely better than all the Starbucks around this area in terms of coffee and atmosphere.”

“Friendly employees, quick service for ordering while at your table and for self ordering on the computers. Certain areas of the dining near the front and in the rear near the windows are really cold to sit at. The AC is on at all times and you can feel the chill if you choose to sit in those locations. Over all experience is great and quick.”

“The Napa almond chicken salad sandwich is to die for! With a large iced green tea that is the meal of champions in my opinion. As long as it doesn't have tomato because it kind of ruins it. Workers are usually really nice and if you have the Panera rewards you get points and usually end up with a bunch of free cookies. And who doesn't love free cookies”

“Nice interior with good service but management mistreats employees all too often, there are little to no employees who are employed at this location that have been there long term and almost all leave by dispute than advancement of career. The most people that misbehave is other visiting customers giving the employees hard times for the craziest of issues that do not truly affect their dining experience at all. Machines break, food runs out, fighting with the employees will not make the soft serve machine just start working again.”

“It's a fun quaint place with pictures on the walls of little league teams they sponsored and movie stars that have eaten there. The pancakes with bacon bits are huge and delicious and they have great biscuits and gravy. Great service and really good prices. Definitely coming back”
