Snake Bite Roadhouse

Finally got to check this place out Friday night and it completely exceeded my high hopes. The food and atmosphere was excellent, but what really made it special was the service. Genuine, friendly , fast, attentive - just rad. My kids loved their food. My fish Tacos were awesome.

Ran into multiple friends from around town. It was seriously perfect. They walk the line between it being an adult hangout with the bar / pool table on one side, but also being very family friendly with the well preserved diner with just enough updates on the other. Kitchen was spotless. Definitely a new favorite in town. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Servers are super kind! it’s cool to watch the cooks whip it up in the kitchen from your seat! I’ve had the snake bite Burger which is the best burger I've actually ever had in my entire existence, it really just melts in your mouth while also delivering the most delicious and satisfying flavors! the “Cowboy” Mac and cheese hot dog was really good as well ,made me wish I still partook in an old hippy habit so I could eat 4 more! And the fritter! Sweet baby Jesus, Who doesn't love fried breaded artichoke hearts?! Besides all that yummy goodness it’s a really cool spot to get silly with your buds and have some drinks while listening to some pretty good music, can’t wait to try out the BRUNCH I’ve heard some good things plus I’m a sucker for mimosas!

Two of us had dinner on a Friday night they were crowded and so we got seats at the bar. Worth noting that while their license is pending they only serve beer and wine and nothing on tap. The menus is very limited. They have a couple of burgers a hot dog and a couple of pasta dishes. The burgers are super thin so they stack two to make a normal beef burger. Our meal was fine and the service was excellent. Value was good as our total bill was less than $70. The wedge salad could be a meal in its self. They use romaine instead of iceberg, the blue cheese plays second note to the caramel onions and crispy pork. With out a doubt this was the most interesting of our dishes.

My wife and I had a great time. This place has awesome atmosphere, great music and service. The staff are friendly and the food is amazing. I suggest "the western". Also, they have a beautiful pool table that has an interesting history (you have to come in and check it out).

Never understood why bars use the most uncomfortable stools? The place is like a high end dive bar. The servers are new and inexperienced, the kitchen staff, which can be seen from a booth style diner dining room, rocked it. 2 burgers very good. The wings juicy, ribs juicy, thinking same sauce for both. Fried pork came crackling to our table. Coke in a bottle.Boos bakery is the dessert, former bakery in joshua tree, excellent pies. Everyone was very nice. A few kinks to work out but a must stop by..
