“The wait was close to an hour mid afternoon Sunday, but was delightful on a glorious day accompanied with a selection of wine and beer, but no non-alcoholic beverages available. Once seated, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the service good. We split a very good beet salad, and both had the blackened crispy chicken, which wasn't really blackened, but 2 perfectly crispy and incredibly delicious thighs on top of fried green tomatoes and a creamy corn base. More southern than French, but fantastic. I will come back if I can. If they added some non-alcoholic beverages to the selection on the deck outside, I would give 5 stars”

However they were super fast and the chocolate Sundae was of course wonderful that is why I give 4 stars”

“A hidden gem. One of the top 3 restaurants in the area. I've eaten here a dozen times over the last year and it's always quality. Great for takeout too. Fresh, well prepared, authentic food (and quick). Don't expect a smoky, dingy hookah joint. It's a fantastic casual restaurant (the hookah lounge is outside in the back - great hookah selection). It's one of my favorite spots to eat in the desert.”
