Harry’s Coffee Shop - Del Mar

Beautifully located diner in downtown Del Mar. We ordered the Bacon, cheddar cheese, and guacamole omelette along with the corned beef hash and some pancakes. The guacamole did not taste very good having a strong lemon taste and had to put it to the side. The corned beef hash was also pretty dry. But the pancakes were really good! The waiter could be more attentive to refilling waters and the food took some time to come out. Overall better than the diner it replaced in the location but leaves more to be desired.

Food was good, service was quick, atmosphere is nice right in downtown del mar village. Cool history of the place as well.

Amazing little family run diner. Liz and her sister do an impeccable job of operating the restaurant and are beyond sweet and full of life. Also, the staff is so friendly. Karen (one of the waitresses,) is the sweetest and the food is delicious! All in all the sweetest family diner you could imagine, not only that but the location in downtown DelMar is great!!!
