I love this place. We move to the area 3 years ago and have come back to this spot on several occasions. The food is always great, and the lumpia is my personal favorite. The kids meals are decently priced and portioned and the salads are enormous. The fish is always fresh and flavorful and I love the casual nature of this place allowing you to pick the fish, the flavor and the style (plate, salad, sandwich, tacos). Plus, there's not a lot of places a family of 5 can get a good seafood based meal for under $100 in San Diego... all 5 of us ate there last week, we all had drinks, my wife and I each had a beer and it came to $64 before tip.
I loved everything about this place. The Swordfish was perfectly cooked, the sides were on point and the staff was kind and all good looking in the way that only super laid back people can be. Also, the Blood Orange IPA was the best beer I've ever had in my life.
BEST FISH PLACE! This place is SO good. I don’t even live in California any more but every time we go, we eat there all the time. The food is outstanding the customer service is pretty good and there are lots of TVs with sports on. They give you good sized portions and the kids meal is super good. I would highly recommend this place.
Visited here when we came out to visit friends - incredible food and great atmosphere. Had the tacos and poke bowl and would definitely have them again. The poke bowl here was one of the best I’ve had outside of Hawaii! Prices were pretty reasonable as well.
This is a gem of a casual place we stopped by while traveling through California. It has some of the most incredible fish tacos we've ever tasted. Would highly recommend the albacore tuna taco, which is fresh, acidic, and has incredible flavor. Pricing is very reasonable, and the atmosphere is friendly and fun. This might sound like a Guy Fieri overstatement, but this is a restaurant we would move to Encinitas to eat at regularly. It's that good.
