Chick-fil-A La Mesa

Place was busy, but they worked out a two lane multiple ording system that works out great. If only they had a driveway like Canes where you can pull out. I just got a meal and the person in front of us must of gotten a family pack, because my food and 3 other cars food was brought out before there's was finished. It was nice that they bring the food to you in the line while you wait, if the person at the window is taking a while. I could munch on fries while waiting. I also appreciate that Chick Fil A gave their workers masks, and had custom trays with drink slots in each corner. One last thing to cap off the review, they had a sign with the most cars done in an hour, which was at 165, this made me appreciate how busy they get, and the sheer amount of people they feed. That's almost 1 car every 20 seconds. All in all, Chick Fil A seems to be handling the pandemic properly.

Very efficient, quality food, order is always right at this location. Two lanes ordering at drive through at 530 pm, with barely a step on the brake pedal, and my food was waiting when I got to the front. At one point the attendant was walking with my moving vehicle while taking my order so I wouldn't have to stop. Full points for the staff.
I gave it three stars because I just hate Chick-fil-A as a company so very much. Quick stop for dinner for the kids a success though.

The La Mesa location is very efficient and the service is great. Such a friendly staff and the food is delicious. They have responded to the Covid-19 situation greatly. They clearly care about the safety of their patrons and employees. Highly recommend!

Look, I really didn't want to share this, but given the times I felt it was necessary. Back in August I received this meal. Came with a complimentary long black hair in the cheese on my spicy chicken sandwich. I don't want this post bringing anything negative action to the wonderful staff that tried to make the order right, but all I could think about safely consuming was the sauces that they happily sent me home with as well as a refund. I have never posted anything like this, but we are in the middle of a viral pandemic and everyone deserves the right to be informed that expensive fast food does not mean safe fast food. Double check your food everywhere you go!!!

Only reason I noticed the hair was because I take the top bun off to add sauce to my sandwich, had I not, would have gotten a wonderful surprise :P

Great Service Great environment, but why lie I go for the Chick-fil-A sauce. I can eat it on everything, and if you take some home it covers a multitude of sin and can redeem almost any dish :)
