    Rubios at Fashion Valley Mall is great! I just ate a really good salmon taco and because my debit card was acting up, the manager gave it to me free! So I’m putting them on blast! Go get some great Mexican seafood at Rubio’s soon!

    Very well maintained, artistic, friendly crew and the great menu as always... Of course the price here is always welcoming. Demand for customizations, wide range of salsa bar, high chairs and windows for a better view of Rancho Bernardo!!

    We visited during a very busy time. Our food was ready quickly and our order was accurate. The employee who took our order was super friendly and went above and beyond what we expected, especially compared to other Rubio's locations. We could tell he enjoyed working there.

    The food was great. The salsa bar was tidy.
