California Pizza Kitchen at Fashion Valley

First time being back at CPK in a long time. Still pretty good. Tried the Mexican street corn for the first time and loved it! Also ordered the old stand by, the California Club pizza. The server finished us to try it with the new cauliflower crust. I was not thrilled by it. Seemed to alternate between too hard or too chewy. I've had better from cook last home ones.

The only chain restaurant I willingly seek out. There are other CPK locations in the county, but this one is the best by far food and service-wise.
New location in the mall is expanded, bar and patio seating area too. Comprehensive nutrition menu is available to download, with many low calorie, reasonable carb options for those who want healthy and very yummy food. The best cauliflower crust pizza we've ever found, as well as fantastic salads and soups.

Friendly service and plenty of healthy options to choose from. Gluten free options too. The cauliflower pizza crust was quite good and perfectly crunchy, which is just the way I like it.

Great pizza and salad. Glad it has reopened in fashion. Service could be improved. A tad slow at the bar taking our order. But once submitted food came out very quickly!

Foods tasted not bad. Serve speed is normal. Employees are pretty nice and friendly. Price is acceptable with its service. Public restrooms available. Sometime long waiting time especially on weekend. Credit cards acceptes. Both outside and inside seats available. Free parking construction is just nearby. Located at second floor of Fashion Valley shopping center, next to food court.
