Never having eaten ramen before I don't have anything to compare it to, but the service was great, the food was amazing, and the restaurant was very clean and welcoming! I highly recommend it...I can't wait to be back in San Diego to eat here again!

Food was excellent. Definitely going again. Liked the atmosphere as well. Got the original chicken ramen bowl with chicken and mild spicy.

Ramen was awesome! The prices were great, the portions were just right, the service was geat, the atompshere was great. Kind of echos in the large room, so it is a little loud, but still very nice. The decor and style is Very Japanese and the restrooms have the separate communal sink, which I really enjoy. Sapporo on tap for 99 cents with purchase of entree was pretty awesome too. I got the Black Ramen, it's got a roasted garlic sauce on top that really enhances the rich flavors of the pork based ramen. Get the Pork Belly for just a little extra. You will not be sorry. Also, had many other options if Ramen is not what you're looking for.

The food, the drink and most of all, the lovely people working here make this the best ramen shop in San Diego. These people are passionate about their craft, and it comes through in every bite you take, in the decor and in the experience you will take away. An absolute must if you're in the area.
