    Food is fantastic - never disappoints. My fave is the Tuna Carpaccio.

    One of the best sushi joints in San Diego, it's my favorite, my number 1! Amazing sushi rolls, fresh fish always! I order the ex girlfriend roll and I really can't get enough of it. I work late Saturday night and this place perfect for that late night sushi craving! Will be coming back here soon.

    Izakaya Masa; definitely my favorite japanese restaurant in San Diego. Better than Ota, in my opinion, and the authenticity is amazing. They actually had ankimo the first time I came! Wonderful service.

    This is one of my go to places for ramen. Unique ambience, great taste at a good price. Truly recommend. With that said, wait times can be almost an hour during peak times, sometimes even longer if you have a large party. And you're stuck outside waiting until they call you. The restaurant is kinda small, but that's part of its charm.
