This is the best new restaurant in North Park. Food is cooked perfectly, tender meat, fluffy potatoes, and delicate cakes for dessert. There was a Persian seasoning on the seared tuna that was amazing! And I’ll be coming back for it. The garden is nice and cool when the suns out, and you can walk around the garden or look at homemade goods for sale after you eat or while you wait.
We sat down for their Thursday dinner yesterday and we were absolutely blown away. Every single dish was packed with flavor and so delicious, I can't get over it. By enjoying this fantastic food, you're supporting them and their mission and it's really, so worth it.
Bonus: you can walk around the garden before your meal is ready if you'd like, and there are tables set-up with products that they've made for purchase. We got a mint syrup and a lemongrass syrup and they are SO good.
Ever since I discovered this place and it’s programs to empower refugees in San Diego, I have been bringing a new person every month to stuff our faces of amazing dishes during their Saturday Cafe! I love how they are sustainable, have their own farm/garden on the property, change your the menu constantly abs are truly genuinely welcoming and hospitable! I highly recommend!
A wonderful, mission-driven local business that you should absolutely support! The food here is delicious and there are always new specials to try.
Our family loves going to MAKE Projects on Saturday mornings for breakfast. Our daughter explores the garden while we’re waiting for food. The environment is pleasant, the flavors are unique, and the staff is welcoming.
