Zgara Greek Grill

Amazing. My wife and I was visiting the area. Picked a place to eat at random. Glad we found it! You must have the Greek fries.

This is my fav Greek restaurant in town! It has the legitimate pork gyros which are what they are supposed to be like. Love their fries and their Chicken gyro plate. Great Tatziki which is what I always look for! Located kinda far back in the strip mall this spot is easily missed but, definitely go out of your way to eat here. A little pricey but, totally worth it since the taste is on point. Their gyros are excellent as well!

They're number one on yelp for Greek food for a reason. Niko is one heck of a cook and manager. Firstly, they have outstanding customer service. They also provide delicious food that is cooked as you order it. You can see the grill and everything in the kitchen, and how Niko has a clean restaurant. The portions are large and worth every dollar you spend. Plus they're fairly inexpensive for a Greek restaurant. A must go for San Diego tourists and locals.

Chicken Gyro is AmAzInG! And great portions. I am from NY and find a good Gyro in mannyhattan was my thing and Zgara is almost as good as my favorite Gyro cart in NY. They know me by name "Natalia" which means I've been here more than once.

We had the best greek food we have had in a long time at Zgara's. So glad to have found it. They gyros were excellent and not the pressed meat you get in many places. Everything tasted fresh and I loved their Feta spread. The people working there were very friendly and helpful too. They helped me with my stroller and rearranged the tables to fit our needs. Loved it!
