“They’re usually very good with customer service. Came in today and was disappointed. Today…if you weren’t the bartenders friend, service didn’t exist. This lady did not care in the slightest about service. Asked for a shot and a chaser. She mixed the chaser with the shot. She said she’d fix it. About 20 minutes later she did after talking to her friends at the bar. Whoever this person is…she’s not friendly, she’s not polite, and not a good bartender. The other 2 bartenders are great.”

“first time trying this place, been wanting to check it out for a while. the experience was...a bit weird. went in with a friend, we were ordering separately-which we mentioned to the first girl. she took my friend's order, then promptly turned around and walked off into the back somewhere without taking my order. after waiting about 5 minutes with no one around, another girl came out and after explaining that we still needed to order more food, she took my order. the second girl had a pretty nasty attitude. we got our food fairly quickly, and the prices were quite fair. they managed to mess up both of our orders though. the first girl caught the error on the first order, and made another taco....which still wasn't entirely correct-but close enough. i had ordered a bean and cheese burrito with rice. paid for the additional rice, but when i got the burrito-no rice. when i explained to the second girl, she responded with a heavy attitude, but offered to remake it. wasn't worth the trouble, so i declined. on the other hand, the food was very good. good enough to make what should be a 2 or 3 star review into a 4. going to give them another try soon. if we have the same problems, i'll be changing this to a 2 star and we definitely won't be going back. hopefully they can get their act together and the second girl needs to fix the attitude problem. we'll see...”
