    Great place for the tourist. Sit a people-watch or watch the ferries on the Bay

    This place has good view of Alacratz, and also you can see Sea Lions lying near Pier 39. Good part is that you don't see huge crowd on this pier unlike pier 39. You also get very good views of San Francisco Skyline from this pier.

    What an amazing place. Great scenery of the town and bay. All the shops were friendly made it nice to browse . The view of Alcatraz was awesome. Wishing had time for whale tour plus Alcatraz tour. Loved my first experience of San Francisco. Cioppino's was amazing food and staff.
