(February 17, 2019, 3:43 pm)Our group stumbled upon Colibri on our way out of the city. We were so pleasantly surprised by a place we chose at random. We were lucky enough to get there for the weekend brunch menu and everyone at my table (all six of us) cleared our plates! So delicious! Definitely worth a visit.

(January 20, 2019, 5:14 pm)Mexican food... very delicious. Fell in love with this place from the 1st taste. Definitely worth a return visit. Prices that are reasonable. Ambience reminds me of Colorado Springs area.

(January 12, 2019, 5:16 am)Stopped in for a team dinner during a conference and loved the experience. The food was delicious and the drinks were great too.
It was fairly cozy and accommodating for our group.
The service was friendly and helpful with suggestions for those in from out of town.
