    The owners of An Chi on Mission & Persia opened a 2nd restaurant in the Richmond! It has a similar, familiar, not overwhelming menu of noodle soups, cold vermicelli and sandwiches. There are some specialties only available at this location. The staff is quick, friendly and responsive. My son loves the bun rieu.

    This place serves typical southern Vietnamese fare. Nothing to write home about, but hits the spot when you're in the mood.
