I had the spaghetti and meatballs, husband had the Chicken Marsala. Food was excellent. Service was very good. Space was a little tight for a party of 7. Really good super Tucson. Great atmosphere.
Although the staff is welcoming and accommodating, the food was off the mark on everything. Fries too salty. Mussels, bland and lukewarm. Spaghetti, you can taste the tap water they use to boil/cook with every bite. Some meatballs were cold to touch at the core.
Easily can be 5 stars with reeducation of the cooks.
We wanted to have brunch and this place sounded good. This is in San Francisco so don't expect to find easy parking. There's parking garages everywhere but it's pricey of course.
This place was cozy but you can have groups for brunch or lunch. The service was ok, our waitress was not very helpful when we asked questions about the food in the menu. We didn't order anything really special but the food took forever. Of course for brunch I had to have chicken and waffles. Was kinda funny because I've never seen "popcorn chicken" as the chicken in my waffles. Thought the chicken was not heavily breaded it was quite bland, the only thing that made it taste good was the syrup.
Host, welcoming. Bartenderess, OUTSTANDING! Dining room staff, fast food robots. Waitress, just awful. Tab for four adults: $340. I seldom leave less than 20% gratuity but this time, I had to.
