Fuji Japanese Restaurant

i ate here for 5 days straight as i worked in the neighborhood. This is the cleanest fast food restaurant I've been to. The staff is super friendly and have been super accommodating. The food was always hot and fresh 🔥. The owner should be pleased with his staff.

Great experience here! The food was made quickly and correctly. Some of the best attitudes I've seen in fast food employees. We were greeted with a smile and the service was impeccable. I asked for extra toppings in my Blizzard and they hooked it up! That's how it's supposed to be. Great job!

Right down the street from us! So conveniently placed for anyone traveling between Siloam and Springdale. This place is always busy!

They are pretty slow getting orders out though. When we came there was one other table in the building and they waited about 17 minutes for ice cream. We were about the same.

I’m hoping next time we return, the team becomes more efficient and I can increase the stars.

Ice cream came out “loose” and melted. I went in for napkins and commented “it was surprising the ice cream was already melted when it came out. The team member said “yea, it took us a hot minute to get it out” then walked away. Thankfully a team member came outside and apologized for the comment and how it was handled. That person saved this review from dropping down to three stars. I don’t want anything for free and I don’t need it to be fixed. I hope they get better as a team.

Super clean. Very friendly and quick service. Plenty of seating both inside and outside on the patio area. Food was great.

Fantastically fresh fish and a great variety of rolls. The Gindara Misozuke appetizer is not to be missed. Bold flavor and melt in your mouth fish.

Wasn't really a fan - And it was all the ramen's fault. Staff was friendly but my order came out wrong. I ordered the "plain" ramen with nitamago (seasoned egg) and I literally got plain ramen with nothing in it...and was brought tamago/yaki sushi. The ramen was nothing but noodles and broth. Totally not what I was expecting...since the menu has no description (from what I remember) and all the other ramen choices are seafood. I had to order chashu (pork) on the side and made due with what we got since we were having a quick lunch meeting. Worse part is that I was warned against coming here and I still wanted to try it out due to the positive reviews. Won't be by here again, unfortunately.

Great neighborhood sushi restaurant where we feel like part of a family. Good food every time.

Great service, great food! Easy parking.

Could have been better. The curry dishes could have had curry. They could have brought the correct number of dishes. They could have brought the correct number of waters. They could have brought the entrees within a reasonable time of each other not 20 minutes apart. Other than that and the crappy service, it was fine.
