(July 30, 2020, 5:22 am)My first impressions before I went was that it was whatevers... I mean it's just hand rolls... how good can it be... well I was wrong! The warm rice was a really nice touch and the fact that it was freshly made was amazing. I would highly recommend going for the 5 roll menu because it comes with the scallops which is awesome smooth texture. there's often a line so take that into account.

(July 22, 2020, 11:00 pm)This place is phenomenal and one of the best restaurants in San Francisco. I'd rate it higher than even some Michelin star places. There's typically a long wait but it is worth it. If you find yourself waiting a bit, I'd also highly recommend the kinky bar a few blocks away (The Armory Club) ;-)

(May 12, 2020, 11:25 pm)You have no idea that there is no actual fish in this sushi. I found it to be more filling and just as delicious as regular sushi if not mind blowing. Do not hesitate!!! You will not regret going here. 5 stars

(May 8, 2020, 7:07 pm)The concept of vegan sushi seems like an oxymoron but this small restaurant makes it happen. It is admirable that the owners created the cuisine to promote sustainability. Beyond that, the dishes themselves are nothing short of remarkable. If you are a sushi fan, you’ll find it hard to believe there is no fish in these little gems. If sushi is not your thing, the vegan variety may well make you a fan. Give it a try... you won’t be disappointed. Be sure to make a reservation!
