Sotto Mare

Came to check this place out after reading a must try restaurant list. It was a pleasant experience. They are busy and calling ahead to reserve is a great option. We did a walk in and wait 30 minuets to be seated at the bar. They have proper covid measures in place. I enjoyed the busy environment. The food is pricey and good for seafood lovers. I probably wouldn't come back and wouldn't have been sad to not have tried this place. All in all, a good experience.

Fantastic cioppino. Service was decent, wait staff was very pleasant. For what you get i think it's a great deal! The bread is...plain. I realize it's "free" but I would've loved to have a nice sourdough.

The staff was so friendly, even brought water for our two little dogs. They kept checking on us to see if we needed anything throughout. The food was so incredibly fresh and delicious! Next time I'm in San Francisco, I will be sure to make a return visit!

It was another try to find the best Italian restaurant for our family and I think I did it. Because of COVID-19 we couldn't be inside and ordered 2 Risottos with Seafood Pasta and House salad.

The risotto was pretty cool and delicious, So, definitely Sotto Mare Oysters & Seafood is an awesome place, 10 of 10. But I need to try it again soon.

This place had some of the best crab I have had. Served cold with lemon and cocktail sauce. The service was polite and timely. While a little expensive I think it was all worth it. The salmon fettuccine was great as we as the ravioli.
