“The sign on the counter says, "the best soft serve ice cream." Indeed, it's the best soft ice cream I've had in the SF bay area (I've tried them all). It's at the same level as east coast frozen custard -- good value, too.”

“Those is a great place for a quick bite alone or with friends. It is also an excellent place to sit and work. The atmosphere is pleasant. It is generally clean, quiet, and welcoming. There is some unusual artwork on the walls which works well. Outside seating is also an option. The personal pizzas are a must try. The salads are decent too. It is definitely vegetarian friendly. What makes this place excellent is the variety of (non-alcoholic) drink options. The ginger lemonade is highly recommended (it is quite ginger-y). The golden latte is delicious.”

“Amazing brunch place for not so typical brunch food. Menu changes every weekend but keeps a lot of general dishes with seasonal twists. For example, eggnog french toast!!. Make sure to taste the soft scrambled eggs. The best I have tasted and the best dish here ! Usually the wait is not too long and there is a waitlist to out your name on.”

“How could I describe my visit to the country’s biggest Krispy Kreme in the country? Fantastic! Staff was really nice, the food was great, and the overall atmosphere was warm and comfortable. One jelly filled donut later with friends and family and everyone had enjoyed their time here. Would highly recommend it to anyone in the Warf area. Luke E”

“Went here last night for a few glasses of wine with my partner. Very nice chill adult establishment. Particularly for a neighborhood that’s full of hairy dudes in ball caps.I like a place where I can relax, enjoy the food and wine, have some good music in the background, and carry a conversation with my companion.”

“A cute corner cafe around the corner from a San Francisco staple (Dolores Park) with a decent offering of plant based / vegan items, from smoothies to açaí bowls. The only downside is that they are willing to remove items but will not substitute for another item as an equal exchange. A nice place for a mid day moment, whether alone or with a group.”

“Atmosphere: great. beautiful views, great natural lighting, all-age friendly and spacious. Location: perfect! Easy to find and within close proximity to public transport. Food: limited plant-based / allergen-friendly items. While they can sub things out, don’t have a robust selection of full dishes which qualify. They also charge extra for plant-based milks which means they get a few stars knocked off.”

“This is a pleasant surprise in an area full of good food already. Lots of quality options at reasonable prices. Their breakfast burrito is incredible and the salmon salad is superb. Breakfast is usually under $10 and lunches under $20, unless you get a beer. Beer selection is extremely varied as well. Great spot for a healthy meal on the go or a quick drink!”

“One hour of cats and bottomless tea is a great way to unwind and decompress after a long day. These cats vary in personality (as all cats do) but they are generally friendly and do not mind being petted. And they are rescues. Ask about adoption!”

“The location of this store is perfect, less than a five-minute walk from the beach and a perfect place to grab a sandwich and take it with you. Isn't too expensive even though they easily could be since there is no other sandwich shop in the area. The food is tasty and could feed 1-2 people. The service is great and it's in a very comfortable area.”

“Solid spot for a plant based vegan take on fast food/burgers in the Haight. There's a lot of interesting choices but the Smoky BBQ seemed the most appealing to us. The interior was really appealing and spacious. The place is kept pretty clean, and they have gluten free patties! The containers you get your burgers in are cute metal boxes, and we really liked the concept here. I wish there was a location in downtown. It would definitely do well!”

“The dishes are fantastic! We had the salads and crepes. Fruits are fresh and sweet, bringing you memories of summer on a cool winter day. Crepes have very interesting and chewy texture since tapioca flour are used. Flavors are perfect if you enjoy that tropical combination of acidity and fruit-forward sweetness.”
