“Excellent steakhouse in a chic, modern, stylish and fun venue. The atmosphere is everything and vibe is great. The colorful lights really add to the ambience. The food is second to none, so you will have to try it. The service is great but they are still not thinking in their customers shoe and sometimes recommend lots of stuff that are good, but not really necessary. And they will charge for all those recommendations. They are not very fast. So if you are in a rush, this cool place might not be right for the occasion. And the do have a happy hour menu which offers a pretty good deal.”

“I really liked this bar/restaurant, it was a pleasant surprise. I love whisky and first noted the vast array of Japanese whisky prominently decorating the top shelf. My shorts weren't jerked down on the price of a Yamazaki 12, a now difficult whisky to find as it becomes more scarce. Ken, the bartender embraced my passion for whisky and let me try a Togouchi 10yr on the house. Just after 6:00pm on a Tuesday the place was quite and melodic as a good music gently dripped in the background. I ordered Vegetable Ramen that I would grade a C+; with that said this is a great bar to talk with your loved one or good friend without competing over the noise of a gaggle of other people. Warm and intimate, with good drinks is where this place shines.”

“Harry's Bar has a vibrant atmosphere and plenty of good libations to complement their delicious pub style menu. Reservations are highly recommended.I visited on a Wednesday and there were only 2 bar seats open by 8:30p. Street parking will be your only option...good luck! Wednesday was also Trivia night and that added fun to the already festive Filmore sports bar. Great for an evening out with friends.”

“The mussels are simply to die for. As good as any in Belgium! The beer selection is out of this world, both for drafts (which rotate often), and dozens of bottle selections. Great atmosphere, great food, great prices, what more could you ask for! Get here and have moules frite with a proper Belgian draft.”

“Very different kind of sushi spot but it was great! They hand roll the sushi right in front of you and hand you the roll. You eat it immediately while it's crispy. They give you one by one. We are only in LA for a few days but we will be back!”

“One of the best local secrets in SF. Amazing Ethiopian dishes including a delicious take on sliders! Jazz every night of the week harkens back to the culture and feel of the city before the current tech boom devastated all that made SF unique. This should be a protected legacy business.”

“Other than a mishap with our reservation due to names being mixed up, this place has a decent song selection and nicely themed rooms. When calling to confirm your reservation, make sure they don't confuse your group for another one.”

“Drinks here are great. Since Pisco is connected to Destino, I'd say grab a drink at Pisco while your waiting for your table at Destino, get some grub and then continue the party on afterward back at Pisco. You'll never have to leave. The list of cocktails is pretty good, but it's a full bar so grab whatever satisfies your fancy. There are a couple other places around to grab drinks, but I'd recommend Pisco for your one-stop-destination for drinks and dinner.”

“Super friendly staff and great food! I only stopped in for a few munchies but all were great! There were a ton of fries in the truffle fries dish, the cheese fondue was super delicious as well, not as thick in consistency as I’m used to for fondues but still lovely.”

“Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for any and all. Usually get some Mac and cheese balls and fries to go along with rotating, inventive cocktails. Awesome dance floor which is usually empty when I go on weekday evenings. Good for you and a partner, a solo work session, or a medium-sized group (plenty of season).”

“The food at Curio was delicious. The fact we got to go into the show ahead of time was awesome. The Chapel is a great venue for shows. Loved it. I would come back again any day.”

“Cool little bar with some really good cocktails. I haven't had a chance to try any of the food, but everything on the menu sounded delicious. I'll have go back and the food a chance. Also, the food was rather affordable considering the area which is a huge plus. My only complaint, the damn fans over the bar were blasting like a mf, giving me chills.”

“Beautiful and very large indoor/outdoor setting along the Embarcadero across from the San Francisco Ferry building. The country chicken is my personal favorite. It has a nice hints of tart spices and honey. Prices are reasonable as well for the nicely designed environment and high quality.”

“Hands down best Dim Sum in the city. I highly recommend going closer to when they open then later in the day if you don’t want to wait forever to get a table. But even if you do wait, it is well worth the wait. The service is quick and attentive and the food is very good. I recommend trying every type of pork bun they have, they are delicious. They recently added a fun new menu where you can see pictures of everything and then you Mark it to order it. Makes it simple for those who may not know exactly what the menu is referring to if you’ve never had dim sum. Also I recommend you go with at LEAST two other people. The more the merrier (meaning the more dishes you can try and eat).”

“WOW! This place was amazing! The food, the service, and the ambiance was out of this world! Every year for Christmas my Dad takes myself, my brothers, and our spouses out for a nice dinner. My Dad heard about 5A5 through a co-worker and I'm so glad he took his recommendation. We all can't stop talking about how great everything was. Our waitress Katherine was super nice, very funny, and very informed when it came to the entire menu. She came out with a platter with 4 steaks and educated us on the cut, the marble, and the flavors. She was very prompt on service and always very attentive to what we needed. We ordered cocktails, appetizers, our main course, and desserts and everything was absolutely amazing. We all had such a good experience and would recommend this Steak Lounge to anyone and everyone!”

“Absolutely delicious food offerings and vast wine menu. Come for happy hour and get a few bucks off per glass. The steak and papperdelle pasta were divine. Service is also fantastic. Come sit outside on a nice night or go inside where live music plays some nights. Heads up, on the pricier side.”

“The seating coming out of the wall is really uncomfortable, cool idea, but they should be a bit larger. Sangria was cheap on happy hour and the music was great. Would come back later at night when there's a DJ to check out.”
