Located in Old Town Lodi, the building's architecture is reminiscent of yesteryear, with lots of brick and giant mirrors hanging behind the bar. The food is really good and the beer decent. Tends to get a little noisy inside when busy, but they also offer patio seating out front. Old Town offers a nice place for an after dinner stroll.”

“Let me say, I've never been to an A&W location before. Now knowing that this is the first ever A&W location, I can say it was wonderful. Took a little longer than other fast food locations and thats how you know it's authentic and delicious. They bring the food out to your car from the drive through and are super friendly. I wish I had cash to tip the guy. If you want great root beer, an awesome root beer float, or delicious food, this is where you should stop! I will be coming back. I've found a new staple.”

“A very nice place for dinner. We ate the bar because it was a last minute decision. Best to make a reservation if you want to eat in the dining room. That said the bar was a nice place to eat. The menu offers a variety of entrees with seasonal as well as the usual. We shared a mushroom risotto and we were able to add chicken. It was large enough to share and very satisfying. The wine list features many local wineries with a large selection. One of the best restaurants in the area.”

“I came here because it was recommended and it was amazing. I loved the food and it felt very authentic. I would definitely bring my family here but I’d recommend to call and see if you can reserve a table or two if your coming with family. The rice was soft and I thought it was going to be hard because it was white rice and usually every time I see that type of rice it ends up being hard. Not in this case. I’d like to thank everyone who did such a great job and the feeling of welcoming was great as well. ????”
