Tropical Hawaiian BBQ

The staff is working around a difficult situation with COVID-19 and seemed disconnected from the whe customer service interaction, but was accommodating with special requests. The food was more salty than tastey. I got the Hawaiian BBQ chicken combo twice since Nov 11th and got the same taste bud experience each time. I have had better at other places further away, but glad to have this cuisine added to our area.

Wish the govenor would stop chopping this industry off at the knees so they can be their best.

I would've given 5 stars because the food was great. But the girl running the front was just rude and so unfriendly. She just shines on what you are saying. I watched her do it to 2 customers before me and then my self being the last. I'm not sure if she is partnered in the ownership or what makes her feel like she needs to be so snobby to her own customers. You know, the people paying money so that business can operate. I guess some people don't think that way though. Maybe some kind of customer service training would benefit her. Otherwise awesome food!

I have had some Hawaiian BBQ in my day, really good food, large portions, and this is my go-to fast food place. My office loves it too. So yummy, delicious, and the people are friendly. If you are the fence, just go. Order the BBQ beef. If you want some keto, just ask them to remove the rice, and they will throw in extra veggies. Delicious!

Our first time and won't be our last. The fried fish was great and so was the chicken. But the sides of white rice and pasta salad were not good for me (too many carbs) so hope they expand the sides menu by having at least one diabetic friendly one.

Really great tasting food. Decent portions of food. Prices are very good. We have ordered from here twice now and will continue to go back. Everything tastes really yummy. The place was very clean and customer service was great. Only reason i gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is the short ribs were a bit fatty and only 2 pieces came. I would recommend getting something else because everything else was bigger portions. The food was very fresh. Will go back.
