Blast & Brew Paso Robles

Great customer service and excellent food. The selection of beer and wine are bar none. Highly suggest visiting this establishment.

I was there for the football playoffs on Sunday and they have good food, 4 big TV's at the bar and you can pour your own beer and you pay by the ounce... Brenn the bartender was Great!!! She was Fun, Pretty, always had a smile on her face and just Adorable... She is worth the visit. Thankx Brenn.

My husband and I went out for a date night to Blast & Brew in Paso Robles last night and it was wonderful! We were able to walk in and get seated even though they were closing soon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was AWESOME! We highly recommend the Cowboy Burger (in pictures). The patty was handmade and thick but still cooked so that it was deliciously juicy. We are definitely going to be eating there again in the future.

Appetizers and bacon mac cheese were amazing! My husbands sausage mushroom pasta didn't have much flavor and was a little runny. Didn't try the brews but will definitely go back again!

Just had a great dinner experience at Blast & Brew last night. It was a busy, bustling Friday night in downtown Paso, but Blast still had plenty of room on their nice spacious patio (larger due to COVID) so we were seated right away.

From the start, our server was extremely attentive and helpful. We had our toddler with us so we always appreciate when we don't have to wait ages before a waiter first greets us and takes our order. She did a great job and quickly got us our drink and food order.

We had the 5 Meat Pizza (delicious crust and perfect to share between 2, plus a little for the baby), Chicken Caesar Salad (slightly overdressed but still tasty), and Sweet Potato Fries (yummy herb aioli!). Nice menu options and great, affordable prices.

We love the setting, the beer selections, good value for your money, and great service. Highly recommend Blast & Brew, especially to families with children!
