Fish Gaucho

Great spot. Nice layout. Both food and service were excellent. Price was more than fair. When you’re in Paso, this restaurant should be among your tops picks!

I honestly feel bad giving less than 5 star reviews during hard business times but the service here was worth writing about.

The food and drinks are amazing. My only negative is the slow and inconsistent service.

After being sat quickly we waited 10/15 minutes just for waters to get at the table and to be greeted. Once out server arrived he was friendly. Appetizer was brought out at the same time as the drinks and had to ask for silverware and share plates. Food arrived in a timely fashion and we asked for boxes and the check when finished. We had to leave and waited 10 minutes just for the bill to be returned.

If you're not in a hurry and are very patient and like being ignored then you will enjoy the tasty food here.

Fish Gaucho is usually packed with people for a reason: the food here is delicious. We've been here a couple of times in separate trips to Paso, and it has never let us down on food or service, in particular the seafood. Outdoor seating is available during the pandemic, and I would recommend making a reservation to make sure you get one of the limited tables.

Came here to celebrate my sister's engagement. Heather was our server for the evening and she was really friendly, energetic, and funny. She made the day extra special!
And the food and drinks we ordered were all super delicious as well! I love that they have digital menus that you can access by scanning a QR code on your phone. Super cool!
I will definitely return next time I'm in the area.
