Jack in the Box

Been here a dozen or more times. Typically has polite employees. Food sometimes takes awhile to get if they're not busy. Yes, you read that right. When they're not busy, they probably have to fire up the cookers and make things fresh.

I went through the drive thru last night and interacted with two of the most polite employees. The first was a young man with glasses, the second a woman who gave me my food. They both left a good impression, and their professionalism was appreciated!

I ordered a Oreo milkshake and they made it perfect. A lot of places haven t been doing there jobs correctly. But they did a good job lol

Food was excellent, I just wish they had the restrooms open, a lot of people are actually stopping there to grab food and get on the road to travel back to wherever, not everyone is a local. For example we were coming from Fresno, and were going to head back to Fresno, but wanted to use the restrooms and wash up before we took off but couldn't, because the restrooms were closed to the customers which sucks. We then had to drive around to the nearest gas station to do something we could have done all in one place. Can't blame it on covid, cause a lot of places actually have their facilities available to their customers.
