Roasting coffee isn't just a job for our team at Ascendo Coffee - it's a true passion. We've spent years honing our craft as a San Luis Obispo coffee bar, experimenting with roast profiles, and modifying our roasting equipment to achieve the perfect cup of specialty coffee. And with every sip, you can taste the care and attention that goes into every roast. Starting from a tiny hole in the wall, we have come a long way in our coffee journey. In 2015, we moved to a 2800 sq ft building two doors down from our original shop, which gave us more space to roast and serve our customers. With the help of some friends and family, we did all of the construction ourselves. It was an amazing and humbling experience to build something from the ground up with the help of the community we helped bring together. Come and say hi today!
