Copper Cafe and Bakery

Madonna Inn is an incredible landmark off HWY. 101, celebrating 60 years of bringing enjoyment and amazing accommodations to travelers world wide. The Copper Café and Bakery is part of the Madonna Inn nostalgia, offering incredible bakery goods, pies and cakes for special occasions and more. We just stopped by today and grabbed a slice of cherry pie that was to die for. While we waited, the staff were bringing out cakes that looked fit for royalty. Can't go wrong at the CC&B. Enjoy!

With covid, currently ordering inside (or by phone), and self-seating in outdoor tent - which had some decorations. Guessing that prices have increased to make up for added expenses. I got the Ruben Sandwich, which was about $20... It was definitely not as good as I hoped for, but not bad (no thousand island, not particularly large, and pastrami wasn't well peppered). Chicken Ceasar salad was good. Still glad they decorated for the holidays. Have had better meals there in the past and figure it's tough right now...

It's the Madonna Inn! It's fabulous. We love the hot turkey open faced sandwich and mashed potatoes... Is a treat year round. The salads bread and butter are a perfect starter or their soups. I really love the way the have used their parking/driveway for out for dining. But before you leave, make sure you go upstairs to the shops. We always start our Christmas shopping there. The staff are the best!!!!!

Our first time visiting... and we loved it! Today is my Hubby's Birthday and we drove about 5 hours here from Sacramento just for lunch. It was quiet due to all of this covid, but we had a great lunch and enjoyed it all. Best part was his favorite Pink Champagne Cake! And it was complimentary in behalf of The Madonna Inn. ☆♡☆ And let me tell ya, it is the best one we've had ever!

Who would drive 3+ hours for cake? Traveled here from the Bay area just to have their cake, it is that good. Their service is friendly and prompt. Took cake and cookies home. Of course we had lunch there, it is a long drive.
Their sandwich's are very good and tasty. Go there!
