Try the chowder, fries, and seafood cocktail! (They also have a decent selection of beers.) The Dungeness crab can be good, too, but the meat is sometimes a little on the dry side. You'll get a tasty basket of free complementary chips and salsa when you eat-in.

Good place on the coast right off of Highway 92 in Half Moon Bay.

The fried food has a nice crispy & light batter, and the french fries are outstanding. You get bowl full of Homestyle potato chips to nibble on while you wait for food.

Their clam chowder is very creamy and better than those I've tasted on the coast of Oregon. It's hard to not have an overwhelming starch or potato texture with a clam chowder. This one is excellent.

I thought the crab was a little overpriced. But it is the California coast.

I'd recommend this is a place to stop for a bite to eat.

My family and I, along with friends had spent day at the beach near by. On our way home, we decided to stop by this place for some grabs.
The wife ordered a trio platter of scampi shrimp, salmon & grilled scallops on top of garlic fries and coleslaw. I got clam chowder bread bowl to share with my little girl. While waiting for our orders, I decided to go next door at their seafood market side to check out what they have and ended up getting some fresh oysters, big container of chowder to go, along with a big 40 oz of Pacifico to bring all this good food down my belly.
Overall, it was a very good food, costumer service and friendly staff. I would recommend this place to anyone..

Fish and chips was great. Two big pieces of fish with a nice light batter. Creamy coleslaw was large and very tasty. Garlic fries were so-so. Order and pay when you walk in. Waitress only delivers the food. Not classy but definitely worth visiting.

Delicious fries, both garlic and regular. Highly recommend the charbroiled (grilled) salmon. Best salmon I've had in my life. Chowder was good too. Homemade potato chips were really yummy. It also had a super cute atmosphere and nice music.
