    They have good hamburger meat, a deal breaker for a lot of people including myself. Their mac & cheese burger is pretty good. They also have veggy burgers for the vegans out there.

    I'm in redwood City once a month and one dinner always has to be at the Shack! Love the burgers, best onion rings, and a decent mix of good draft beers. Not fancy, just good food!

    Sports bar environment with a good selection of cold brews. Food is very good and while they are a burger place our favorites are the beet salad and brussel sprouts! Very child friendly as well.

    Great burgers and Sandwiches great fries but stay away from the jalapeno poppers unless you like fake cheese and greasy breading. I think a lot of people would like them but they're not what I was expecting. Sports bar. Nice people. The sandwiches are grilled to perfection toppings are perfectly done, and you get a nice stack of lettuce tomato and pickles. This is a unique place I wish there was more like them.

    When I get home and I'm really hungry and I don't want to cook, I go to the patty shack.

    About $10 a burger. Add on price for fries. All worth it.
    Good beer selection.
    TVs for sports.

    My only request is comfier seats.
