    Exquisite food. Sincere Service. Relaxing Atmosphere.

    Ranzan is a new Kaiseki japanese restaurant in Redwood City Downtown. We came here during their soft opening (October 2018). Looking forward to have it as a Michelin restaurant in the near future :-)

    Enjoyed a delicious lunch during soft opening. Refined quiet interior, attentive service, and thoughtfully presented food. They will accommodate vegans/vegetarians with advanced notice.

    This is very authentic Kaiseki style Japanese restaurant!!! My husband & I went there for lunch time. They are still in soft opening, so there were not much to choose from, but what we had was really great! You can obviously tell the chef has lot of experience cooking in Japan for sure. Yes, it's a bit pricey but worth it :) We are looking forward to Grand opening!!
