“The food was excellent. Great choices. I was quite stuffed at the end where I didn't get to the dessert. Best part, the lunch prices are great for the amount of food I ate. I'd go back again for sure.”

“Good Filipino food. The leche flan is very tasty. People are nice. Salamat!”

“Very solid Italian fare. Also on a positive note, I've never had such quick service in my life. We were in and out in about a half an hour. And it was quality food, as well. I had the seafood pasta and my wife had the Alfredo linguini. I don't like Alfredo so I can't speak to that but the seafood was delicious. The sauce was divine and the shellfish was all fresh and scrumptious. It was also quiet, though it was a Thursday night so that may be why. Definitely a good choice for some Italian food.”

“I was pleasantly surprised with how great the food was. I love Thai food and struggle to find places that offer enough flavor in their dishes. This is not the case here, and I'm glad that they add some spice in their curries as well (not too hot though). The service was prompt, portions just the right size and the restaurant was clean. If you are in the area I would recommend you try it. The prices are great too ????”

“Came here while waiting for my flight back to Minneapolis and it definitely sorted my Filipino food cravings! They have large portions. I came with a group of 5 and we did a combo meal number 2 with soup included and we were told it was good for 3-4 people when really it could feed up to 6-7. Decent prices considering it's in San Francisco. I think service can be better and parking can be tough even though they have a parking lot and we came after lunch rush. I wish I can frequent this place. Now I have a reason to visit area again.”

“OMG i have not had good Chinese food in so long and this place was a godsend. I loved the food, it had just the right amount of saltiness and flavor! The ladies were SO nice! I'm pescatarian, but my friends aren't, and they were so conscious of it and warned me when different items had meat in it, which was super nice. I wish I could come back!”

“Awesome sandwiches. Their "small" is actually pretty big. I got their pastrami, and it was delicious. The sandwich was pretty loaded with meat, and even their bread was great. The sandwich was ~$7.25 (w/ tax), which I think it is a pretty decent price for the size and quality of the food. Will come back again.”

“3.5 stars. Good Chinese BBQ spot, a little bit too salty/sweet for me but overall it tasted good. Unfortunately, the cooking performance wasn’t stable, some skewers were very tender and juicy but some were overcooked.”

“Less than half a mile from their other location, Amami has taken over what used to be Kobe Sake. Expect to park on the street as the parking situation is pretty much the same if not worse than the other location. Food quality is great as expected. Ordered the Salmon Lover and Snow White roll. Wife really loved the Snow White. I think the eel sauce could have been omitted from the Salmon Lover, but it was still good. Uni from Santa Barbara is $20, and it did not disappoint. Kind of unfortunate that they don't open for lunch because if you come when they open and it's almost time for Daylight Savings to end, the sun can really get in your eyes.”

“We live in San Bruno and came across Kobe Sake one day. Sushi is excellent, fish is fresh (originally from Hawaii so this is a MUST) and music is cool. Nine, Chris and Mimi are wonderful at making all patrons feel welcome. Saturday night (or was it Friday night??) there was a DJ playing music next door which was cool as well. Overall, we are hooked and would never go to any other sushi spot in San Bruno but KOBE SAKE. ”

“This place has been here as long as I remember, like more than 17 years or so. The food and service is always A+. Love the choices and the freshness of the food. The place has been nicely renovated and love the ambiance and the peace of mind I get to really enjoy my sushi.”

“It was decent... But for the hefty price, I expected more. I had the ribs and they were solid, but nowhere near amazing. The mac and cheese was just ok and the potato salad was inedible (tasted like it was bought at a grocery store in a large tub). Maybe I caught them on an off night. The service was awesome though. Super friendly and sweet.”

“A little bit pricey for the overall quality of the food, presentation and interior decor. They are 85% there in terms of the attention to details but fell just short of that last mile to be really considered fine dining. $200+ for 2, you can get better quality elsewhere.”

“Really cheap for good quality food. Service is friendly but maybe not the most efficient so it's not the quickest dinner stop.”

“Favorite pizza place hands down! My bestfriend and I got a large pizza did half meat lovers and half pesto extra pesto and it was so good! Customer service is amazing, location is good, waiting time is not bad, you definitely get what you pay for and it does not disappoint at all!”

“We ordered three bowls of ramen. They were fine, but nothing to get excited about. The service was also fine, but nothing over the top. Mediocre across the board. Bummer since it's such a convenient location.”

“A little hole in the wall kinda place. Had the fish burrito and was blown away. The explosion of flavors was unreal. Also had the steak quesadilla. It tasted like a cheeseburger. Super excited to try more items on the menu. Not much room to sit, cool cactus garden along the side of the restaurant. Definitely returning.”

“By far the best macchiato I've experienced yet thus far. This place makes you stand in line for what seems like hours, in reality eight minutes, making every impatiently anticipated drop of coffee so much better. Worth every minute. Don't take my word for it, the line out the front door and around the corner should make it implacable.”

“Very good service good food. Better than L&L and better prices as well. The parking is a little difficult and strict depends on the time that you go.”

“Really friendly staff. Reasonably priced brunch and good quality. The Longanisa was awesome and the California omelet was fine. A couple of service issues - I asked for cheddar and got American, my boyfriend asked for potatoes and got rice. Neither was a deal breaker though, we'd go back.”
