Amazing: ✨
• Miso black cod
• miso cream cheese - had no idea the flavors will blend so well together
• salmon sushi - soft, fresh, light and sweet. I'll opt for no Wasabi next time
Good:
• chawanmushi had a magical fluffy texture but at $10 it only contained 2 mushroom slices and a single prawn.
• burdock fries were decent but unmemorable -
