    Managed to try 3 Pigs BBQ twice through takeout! The first time, I tried their fried chicken and sausage mac and cheese and was kind of underwhelmed. Chicken was crispy but overcooked, and the meat itself wasn’t seasoned (should’ve been brined). Mac and cheese was al dente and forgettable. The second time, I tried their bbq and loved it! Both the brisket and ribs were fatty, smoky, and tender. Of their sides, the cornbread was amazing - nice and fluffy on the inside. Baked beans were solid, collard greens were average. I will definitely come back for the BBQ, but not the fried chicken.

    Just picked up a takeout order. Had the fried chicken and brisket which were delicious.
