Bizza (San Mateo)

Dropped by to try a slice and what a surprise. They already had a slice ready which was a mistake; the "Don't be a chicken" was what I considered to be perfection.
I've been to Chicago, NYC and Naples, IT, and tried pizzas made there. This place is something else.

Bizza is one of the best pizza places to go to when it comes to vegan options. Their vegan sandwiches and pizzas are a 10/10! They also have very good service and very quick to bring your food out. My favorite pizza is the buffalo chicken vegan option, my favorite sandwich is the chicken parmigiana! Both amazing! Also a bonus and must to get is there mozzarella sticks!

I tried this last night, and it’s is the best pizza in the Bay Area. I’ve had Golden Boy, Round Table, Mountain Mikes, and all other places. None of them come close. The service is efficient. The pizza dough is a perfect mix of crunchy and soft with good garlic taste. The flavors choices are amazing. I’d recommend the Haight Street slice. The pricing is also pretty fair. Thanks

We were here on a late night snack. The service was good just like the pizza. Let me tell you this, if you buy two slices, that is enough. 😅

I had a small whole pie and that was more than enough for one person.

They have good vegan options too!
When you are around and want to have good pizza, give it a try!

Went there about a week ago with my little son and ordered Margarita and some other pizza (half and half). We had to wait for 15 mins for the pizzas and my son wanted to eat something in the mean time. I asked the owner if they have something warm to eat while we wait. The owner just made a fresh garlic bread for my kid and gave it away for free! I thought it was a very nice and friendly gesture! BTW, the pizza was fantastic too!

Note that there is not much space to sit and eat other than for a couple of people. It's better to take away!
