Takahashi Market

Great offerings even during current kitchen closure. Very friendly staff and taking many precautions to protect their employees and customers. They keep # of people in the store low and have arrows to follow for one way shopping. They have plenty of hand sanitizer and shields for employees. Poke was fantastic, especially the salmon! Everything very fresh. We recommend the portuguese sausage musubi over the spam. Only downside was how much we spent! Mahalo friends!

love this little market. It's full of great Hawaiian and Japanese finds, and everyone is so friendly! Plus their to-go counter has all kinds of things you can order as a fresh made meal, like musubi and poke. Definitely worth stopping in!

Amazing Hawaiian food. They even have chili water! No short ribs, but plenty of ono. Eggs are super high quality. Fun market too.

Nice market with a lot of nostalgic local food, snacks, plate lunches, and candies specific to Hawaii culture in under one roof. Prices are high but they do have some harder to find in the bay area items. The plate lunches look good and prices for those seem reasonable. must visit for locals in the bay missing home.

Extremely friendly, delicious food, can't ask for more than that. I had the musubi with salmon belly and it was really good, it was one of the specials. I can't emphasize enough how friendly and helpful the staff is. Good service is easy to find, amazing service is not and they deserve some love for that. Thank you!
