This is a really nice place to grab a satisfying lunch at a reasonable price. I visit it at least once a month and has been very happy. The food is simple: I usually go for the cheese katsu plate that also comes with unlimited supply of cabbage, a bowl of rice and a bowl of miso soup to start. There is also supply of sesame seeds that you can grind for the katsu sauce using a wooden pestle. Other options include a more tender, but minor expensive hire katsu, chicken katsu and many other variations I do not care much about. The place is relatively quiet: there is some Japanese pop music in the background, but it doesn't distract for from the conversation. According to my co-worker, this is like a real place in Japan.
