Hummus Mediterranean Kitchen

Visited Hummus for the first time during the week. They were busy and full but we managed to get a table without a reservation after 10 mins. Just pop by the supermarket nearby and browse while you’re waiting for your call to be seated. The staff were all incredibly friendly and made you feel at home. I was very happy with the falafel which tasted delicious. It comes with hummus and tahini and salad. We also got the shishito peppers which were delicious and came with a nice twist. The only thing I was disappointed in was the hummus. If you’re going to name your restaurant hummus then you better make sure that is the best dish on your menu. Other than that I was very happy with my experience and will definitely be visiting again soon. Top tip - get the ayran (yogurt drink). It’s delicious and you can ask to put dry mint on top.

Was excited to check this place out! Interior is beautiful, set up on patio was really nice. Food presentation was great (I want all those ceramics!). Greek fries had very little feta and a few green onions. I asked for extra feta and our friendly server brought a small dish out quickly; really helped the 🍟. Will definitely be back to try the mezze plates.

This place is one of the best in the Bay area we've been a loyal customer for the mountain view location we love their breakfast but here is totally different experience the atmosphere and decorations are very beautiful, minimalist and well thought of, the food presentation is great and the taste matches the presentation if not better (one of the only Mediterranean places who cares about the presentation ) and finally the owners are very welcoming, kind and generous.
I recommend trying everything there and you're not going to be disappointed .
MOUSA IS THE BEST

It’s been a while since I’ve been to the Stanford shopping center and getting some window shopping in. All that walking and looking, debating on whether the another coat or purse is worth it builds up an appetite, and what better way to rejuvenate than with a meal at @eatathummus! Starting off with the appetizer sampler and Turkish coffee is the way to go! Each item in the sampler was amazing. I am particularly a fan of the dolmas and tahini, the flavors were perfect and you can never go wrong with hummus! The Turkish coffee is strong and perfect to give you that “kick” when you’re tired from shopping.

The Moussaka was the absolute favorite thing as an entree winning at 9/10… cheesy, creamy, and flavors were perfect! Followed by the vegetarian pied - so simple and perfect at 8.5/10 - cherry tomatoes added great flavor. Lastly the kabob bowl - it’s a healthy and delicious dish in itself 8.6/10- perfect for the Bay Area / Cali health conscious vibe; though all the food items were delicious and very healthy. The rice pudding dessert has an orange essence which isn’t particularly my taste, but I could see how one could really enjoy it if they like oranges. For me it was 7/10. @eatathummus overall, great customer service, great hospitality, and amazing food. I will be visiting again on my next shopping adventure!
