Pacific Catch

Food is really good, fresh and well cooked. Reasonably priced. The place is nice and staff friendly. No loud music. Not (at least yet) overcrowded, like many good places. In short - the best place in that area. Recommend.

Genial lugar que no debes perderte si estás por el Shopping mall de Stanford. Genial trato nada más llegar con mucha atención. Lugar excepcionalmente iluminado, de techos altos, buen espacio entre mesas y distintas áreas para todo tipo de públicos. Sólo abren a partir de las 15h. Lo mejor los tacos de Sushi imperdibles. Los rollos de Sushi podrían ser mejores. Excepcional carta de cocktails. Muy recomendado.

Newly opened (Jan 2020) next to Cocola Bakery at the Stanford Shopping Center. I had a good time at their San Mateo location and was looking forward to trying it again.

Pros: Attentive service, free sparkling water and edamame, good variety of items to choose from. Calamari was good (never had lemon slices in my calamari before!), and the fresh catch entree was enough for 2 portions.

Cons: Not a fan of the single-page menu with tons of text. It felt very overwhelming and hard to navigate.

Cocktail selection is just ok. We ordered a tiki old fashioned and a special on-tap mai tai that is supposedly nitrogen-infused before serving. The mai tai was served in a tall glass full of ice, which seems to defeat the purpose of adding nitrogen bubbles for smoothness.

This is the 3rd Pacific Catch location I have been to and it's my favorite! The vibe and friendly staff definitely is the highlight. Came here on a Sunday at 6:30 PM. Inside was a 30 minute wait while outside there was 0. Even though it was cold to tonight the heater kept was pretty warm (we still kept our jackets on). The restaurant itself is very nice and clean with good asthetics. The service was fast and food came out quick as well with no complaints. The managers and servers were very nice, professional, and checked on us on a regular basis. I would definitely come back!

Fantastic food and ambience. This is my new favorite Pacific Catch location.
