    I am a big lover of Chinese/Japanese style hotpot, and thought it would be cool to try Vietnamese style hot pot. We ordered the Vietnamese seafood hot pot and the portion size is more than enough for 2 people. The seasoning of the soup base was interesting. They added fennel that gives it a floral liquorice taste, and there were some sweet and sourness to the soup. They also provide a chilli and cilantro dip. It was pretty good but it is not something I would usually eat.

    Hot pot 30$ , but be sure you should wait over 40 minutes even the restaurant is not busy
