A new Vietnamese restaurant located in the competitive Viet Town food scene. From the looks of it, Banh Cuon Bun Moc Ong Ta seems to be doing well; lots of Vietnamese customers, plenty of people waiting in line, good food, and clean environment. Of course, being the new kid on the block helps with all that; let's see if they can keep this up.
Pro Tip: Go now during the Grand Opening period and receive a 20% discount.

Solid Bánh Cuô’n, nice filling, thin layers, sweet and light Nuoc Mam (mixed fish sauce), fresh grounded Thai chili which was nice!

Bún Môc at Pho Hà Nôi used to be so good but they stopped serving it! So this would be a go-to spot for those who’s craving for this rare Northern Vietnamese noodle soup. It’s a vermicelli noodle soup with ham, wood ear mushroom meatball, rib and serves with fresh herbs, shredded water spinach and banana blossom, quite light and nice. (Fresh herbs serves similar to Bún Riêu Tân Dinh nearby, hope they can keep this up and not serves less once it settled in!)

The mini egg roll comes with Bánh Cuô’n has a nice and light tasty and crispy.

The Bánh Cuô’n was served quickly which means they just heat it up but not make yo order! We need to come back in the morning for fresher next time!

Small spot, 32 seats max capacity! This place turned over so fast as I changed my shoes & jewelry, HA! 4 different restaurants shuffled in 1.5 years. I hope this place here to stay! Now that Bánh Cuô’n Sàigòn half block over just shut down for good after a year of opening in Vietnam Town.

A good kid with glasses were serving me, a nice kid.

On this note I saw some server used the same gloves empty trash & handed customers menus! Umm, not a good combo! They are new, so hope they will work out the kinks.
