Ordered the veggie plate. Good food but a bit crowded at times. It takes no reservations but can seat up to 15 in the group. Loved the red spicy curry with injiras and the tea. Service is not that great though.

I love this place. Very frankly I haven't tried Ethiopian anywhere else because its like why experiment when you are know the best. I love the food here. I am a vegetarian and there are enough choices here for me. I love the sambusa ! The only issue is the long waiting time. I have never waited for a minimum of 45 mins to get a seat at this restaurant.

Love the food! The place has a really nice ambiance and I really enjoy the music. My only complaint is the service is really slow. Really slow. Have had to wait even for rake-out ordered well in advance of getting there. That being said, the food is really delish.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the South Bay. It’s hard to find delicious gluten free vegetarian food, but Ethiopian cuisine has been doing this for centuries. And Zeni makes some of the best Ethiopian food I’ve had.

oh man, this place was cool! the food was amazing, and if you are looking for an interesting date night spot, this is it. be comfortable with your date though, because you eat with your hands and share food. the stools (?) you sit at around the low tables were all unique and made the meal realy interesting. the authenticity of this place was really exciting, and made for one of my most memorable meals of the year. Plus if you are not feeling quite so authentic half of the restaurant is standard booth and table and fork and knife, so you can be as adventurous or comfortable as you want.
