Soupterra 好湯慢慢

Awesome soup for a cold night out, or for getting over a cold. :) We had the beef seafood soup and there was beef and lots of veggies (not as much seafood); as well as the "good chicken soup." Both soups were delicious, though the soups are not salted so plan on salting. The "entree" comes with a bowl of rice as well as two "cold dishes." Ours was a marinated wood ear mushroom salad and a sort of kimchee - both were flavorful.
Service is quick and friendly.

I ordered the chicken soup and beef & seafood soup. The soups were light and rich. Enjoyed the side dishes, consisting of wood ear mushrooms, preserved vegetables and a bowl of rice.

Would give the soups a 5 star but it is on the pricey side ($18-20 for one bowl)

Beef noodle soup is really good！！Authentic Taiwanese food

This is an authentic Taiwanese food restaurant. Food was very good, staff was a bit new to their jobs but have an excellent attitude. Atmosphere of the restraunt was upbeat, casual and modern, and the food follows in the same feeling.

I ordered their pork belly rice, which was extremely flavorful and authentic. I have tried many Taiwanese food places and these guys got it down pat.

Service was also attentive, though you can tell they are new. I commend them highly for putting their best effort forward.

Best surprise was their broth: super flavorful and satisfying. Its like drinking liquid ASMR videos.

10/10 will come back.
