“Generally pretty good however being a vegetarian they seem to have no care about vegetarians. Two different occasions when ordering a veggie wrap. The first time they didn't have and offered all meat replacements as the only options, a second time i got a bacon and egg wrap instead of the veggie wrap. Please just pay attention. “This is review of Starbucks during Covid times. Decided to treat myself to frappe. As I reach outside the store was not sure what's the order process. There was one person ahead of me, so I couldn't go closer to read the directions. Once that person got done..this is how I ordered. You don't go inside the store. Press the button and a employee will come to take your order, which was quick. Also the barista will bring a plastic container to put your payment ( I paid with CC) Once you are done..move to the right side and stand on one of the circles made for people to pick order while social distancing. Once your order comes, u pick the order and ur credit card and u are all set.”

“Mobile pickup and in-person orders are taken outside to maintain social distancing and keep surfaces exposed outdoors where they will disperse more easily. This is rough in the heatwave right now (103 today), but the afternoon at least provides shade there. The drive through was ridiculously long (unsurprising with the heat), but our order was still completed pretty quickly, and the woman in charge of the orders out there didn't take long to notice our arrival (she may have been putting in the order before us, as they didn't have an outdoor register). The woman who took our order made a point to check whether my mom meant the strawberry puree or the strawberry acai when she asked for strawberry in her tea, which was nice, and verified whether she wanted full sweetener or not due to the strawberries being sweet. Excellent diligence. I've been here in non-covid times as well, and found it to be a pretty nice Starbucks - a little small, but not too crowded and comfortable to spend the time drinking and socializing. Not sure it would make a great working area, but if it's not too crowded you could use it for that.”

“Staff is very attentive and on point with orders. My Skinny Mocha was perfect with just the right amount of Mocha flavor and extra hot as requested. We were greeted and served with a pleasant greeting and thank you even on Christmas Day when they could've (should've?) been home celebrating except for people like me who still want their coffee at the neighborhood hangout on Christmas. Store is kept clean and well stocked, plenty of parking and conveniently located.”
